Privacy Policy

What our quote form asks for, where your details go, and how to have them deleted.

Who this covers

This policy covers the Kent Toilet Hire website and the quote form on it. Kent Toilet Hire decides what happens to the details you send us.

What the quote form asks for

When you send the quote form, we receive:

  • your name, telephone number and email address (the form needs these three)
  • the type of toilet you picked
  • the number of guests and the date you need the toilets, if you give them
  • your delivery town or village, and your message

The form also notes the page you sent it from and the time you sent it.

What we do with your details

The website emails your request to Kent Toilet Hire, and we use it to answer you with availability and prices.

A copy of each request is also kept on our web server as a backup, in case an email goes astray.

How long we keep them

You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Call one of the numbers at the foot of this page, or email info@kent-toilethire.co.uk.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own, and it runs no analytics.

The homepage remembers that you have seen its opening animation, so it does not play again while your browser tab stays open. It keeps this note in your browser's session storage, and it never leaves your device.

Our fonts and scripts load from this website's own server. Apart from the map on our town pages, opening a page here contacts no outside service.

Google Maps on our town pages

Each town page shows a Google map. When you scroll to it, your browser loads the map from Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google's privacy policy covers what Google does with that.

Our Facebook link only opens Facebook if you click it.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Call us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
